Operating hours:  Classic Audio Parts operates Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time.
Orders: 
Buy with confidence.  Classic Audio Parts is fully authorized by the manufacturer(s) to offer the products shown on our web site.
Unless otherwise noted, our ‘B” stock units (when available) are virtually indistinguishable from new units. These units may be dealer returns, have been opened for QC purposes or have very minor cosmetic blemishes.  In every case they are electrically perfect and will perform exactly to our “A” stock standards.
Shipment costs quoted during checkout are for FedEx Ground service in the continental United States.  Such shipments typically take from one to 4 business days.  Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address.  Faster shipping is available at additional cost.  Please email [email protected] for details.
Merchandise is not available for Will Call as our facility is not set-up for retail traffic.
Orders received by noon, M-TH typically ship the same day.
We must collect sales tax for any shipments made to an address within the state of California.  The current rate is 9.0%.
QUOTED SHIPPING COSTS:  We are currently having problems with the pricing in our shipping module.  Due to errors of up to 75% in the quoted pricing, Classic Audio Parts reserves the right to contact the buyer with a revised shipping quotation.  In that case, the buyer can pay the correct shipping amount or can cancel the entire transaction and receive a full refund.
Privacy & Security
Classic Audio Parts respects the privacy of all of our visitors and customers.Website: Visitors to our website will not be contacted unless they request it via e-mail or telephone. When you browse our site, you do so anonymously.
Customers:  Classic Audio Parts collects information from customers that place orders with us, but that information is limited to the information on our order form. This information is collected through a secure server, kept confident, and is used for the purposes of fulfilling individual orders.
Email Solicitation:  Customers who place orders on our site may receive email notices with important news about changes in our policies or products from time to time.  You may choose to opt-out and not receive such notices by contacting our Customer Service department at [email protected]. We will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.
Telephone Solicitation:  Classic Audio Parts does not practice telephone solicitation of our customers or website visitors. We will not call you unless we require your assistance in completing your order.
Data Security:  By incorporating industry-standard SSL encryption technology that keeps all of your information, including credit card number, name, address, and phone number encrypted so that it cannot be read while traveling over the Internet, we have made every possible effort to insure that your personal data can only be used to support your authorized transaction on www.classicaudioparts.com.
Returns & Replacements
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final.

    Hi! Got your contact information from the new B & K company that purchased the old B & K. I am looking to purchase a box and the correct rail fuse for the B & K Reference 2220. I am wanting to ship this properly to a relative and do not want to damage this great amplifier. Who you have these available and if so how much shipping to 237 Richardson Rd., Ridgeland, MS 39157.

    Looking for the volume potentiometer for a B&K PT3 Tuner/Preamp. It goes up in volume, but when you turn the knob the other way, it stays stuck where it is or goes up.

    I’m looking at repairing a couple of different things, – the 1st is an original B&K AVR202, the center channel is no longer responding –
    I’ve disabled it – the other is my center channel speaker. a Snell CR.5 the back plastic for mounting the speaker connections, needs to be replaced and the cone of one of the speaker’s center cone has partically separated. in researching, it looks as if the foam is replaceable and glueable. is this possible with the Snell speaker?
